Participation & Earnings
1. You must be 18 years of age
or older according to the legal age in your country or state to
participate in our affiliate and get paid programs.
2. Participation in this program is
voluntary. We do NOT import members from other sites. This is
simply to protect our system from having members who don't want to
be here. If you have members you want to join from your own
programs, simply have them sign up under your URL.
3. Members are allowed one
free membership.
4. "Frontloading" for the purpose of
earning commissions is strictly forbidden. Commisions are only
earned on the sale of services.
5. Affiliates must use a valid email
address - NOT an autoresponder address or fake email when
joining. If a member has an address such as AOL, Hotmail, or
protected by one such as a "spam" protector - we are not responsible
for failure of any messages to be received. Ensure you do not have a
block on the keyboardcash.com email accounts.
6. All accounts must be validated,
and contain complete contact/pay to information in order to earn and
receive referral credits and payouts. It is your responsibility to
keep this up to date - please do so.
7. YOU MUST
NOT ADD OUR EMAIL ADDRESSES TO YOUR "LISTS" IN ANY WAY.
Our response addresses are exclusively for member
support, and adding us to mass lists will simply delay our
response time for legitimate member questions. Any member found
automatically adding us to newsletters and such without our
permission may be removed and all referrals forfeited.
8. The terms 'partner affiliate',
'affiliate', or 'member', or "bonus profit sharing" do not imply any
formal association with KeyboardCash.Com or its owners and the
person does not have any right on our products, logos or trademarks.
If a VIP Plus member earns a "profit share" bonus, it is a gifted
commission bonus only and does not give any further legal right of
investors or the like.
9. Any tax liability on the amount of
commissions received will be the affiliate's responsibility. You are
not employed by us nor are you entitled to any benefits normally
found in an employer/employee or stock holder relationship. You are
required to claim the commissions earned from us on your tax return.
10. You may not "refer yourself".
In other words, you cannot create multiple memberships where you get
the commissions for your purchases. Any affiliate found doing this
will be subjected to immediate dismissal, no refunds will be
allowed, and all referral earnings will be deleted. Please do not
try to get around this or any of our policies. Fraud hurts everyone
and will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
Promotions
11. You may promote your KeyboardCash
affiliate site in any way you deem fit, however you MUST NOT
reference the KeyboardCash website in any unsolicited emails (AKA:
SPAM). You may reference your url in text ads, safelist or ezine
mailings, and so on. Do not reference KeyboardCash.Com in any
mass email (spam). If you choose to do "mass newsgroup" posting
- you must be sure that the sites you post to specifically allow
promotions. DO NOT "mass post" to newsgroups you are not sure
of. If you reference keyboardcash.com in a manner that incurs
spam reports, we will investigate and deal with each issue
individually.
12.
SPAM REPORTS:
Spam reports received and determined as such will be liable for $100
US fine PER incident report, PLUS $50 per hour of server down time
that results. You may also be charged for any legal fees we incur.
It doesn't matter what country you live - we WILL prosecute this to
the fullest extent in your country, your account will be immediately
banned, and you will lose ALL earnings due to you. NO EXCEPTIONS.
DO NOT SPAM!
Purchasing Sign ups or Referrals
13. You MUST NOT "purchase"
signups or referrals from other get paid to join sites. In 90%
of the cases, these members are only joining because they are paid
to do so, and enter false information or never use the site again.
We already offer a bonus and incentive program for people to join
and use our system. Therefore, outside 'paid to join' systems WILL
NOT be accepted. We have proven that they are mostly junk
signups and simply end up in sending US spam. Any member found to be
purchasing "signups" or "guaranteed signups" will be immediately
removed from the program, no monies will be refunded and all
earnings will be immediately forfeited.
14. You MAY promote by using paid to
"read" emails or guaranteed visitors, but NOT ones that are required
to join in order to 'get paid' from another site. We watch every
single signup and log in. Any attempted bogus entries will be
deleted without payment, and any referral earnings will be
immediately reversed.
Member Account, Password and
Security:
15. You agree at ALL TIMES to enter
100% accurate contact information on your membership account, and
keep the account current. Membership entries that do not provide
proper mailing address and email contact details will be deleted. We
receive notice of every signup and will immediately delete members
who enter false information. If you submit misleading or improper
mailing address information, it is simple: YOU WILL NOT GET PAID.
Your privacy will be protected as per our
privacy policy.
16. You are entirely responsible for
the maintenance and the confidentiality of your user ID and
password. In cases where members forget or lose their password, we
ask that you follow the instructions on the login page to retrieve
it. DO NOT share your ID and password
details with others to give them access to your affiliate account,
downloads, forums, or any other private members area. Any
member found doing so will result in immediate termination and all
referrals forfeited.
Affiliate/User Tracking
17. When a web surfer clicks
through your affiliate link, a cookie is set in their browser
that contains your affiliate ID. Also, their IP address is
tracked in the database along with your affiliate name. When
this person decides to join, the script will look for this
cookie and/or try to match their IP address to identify the
affiliate who will be awarded the referral. Visitors sent
through your affiliate link may make a purchase later in time
and the referral will still be awarded if the cookie is
present in their browser and/or they are using the same IP
address as the one logged in the database.
18. Cookies are only used for
the purpose of referrals and log in tracking/posting, as well
as random prize awards. We do not "follow" you when you leave
this site to watch your activities in any way.
19. We will not be responsible
for an affiliate's inability to cash a check or a loss of
amount due to exchange rates. We will not accept
responsibility for clearing the check at your financial
institution. It is your responsibility to find a way to cash
your check. It will be drawn from a Canadian bank on a US
account in US funds. If your bank does not accept US checks
drawn on a Canadian bank, you must find another method for
cashing it.
20. We reserve the right to
alter the rate of commission at any time without notice. We
reserve the right to change the product prices from time to
time which may have an effect on the commission. It is
effective from the date implemented and will not be backdated
in any way on either monthly payments or commissions. We have
no intention of doing this, however we do have to cover both
our affiliates and ourselves.
21. Commissions will be
credited upon successful purchase. If the buyer requests a
refund at a later time, reverses the charges, or if the
payment fails, (i.e., check returned NSF), the commissions
will be deducted from affiliate accounts, and noted in
your transaction records. Commissions on free members over
$200 in any time period may be held until the next quarter. We
reserve the right to watch and ensure people are not
attempting to mass refer without the systems actually being
used. We also reserve the right to hold commissions if we
suspect fraud. While this rarely happens, it can.
22. Monthly payments cannot be
taken off commissions. Only free members may choose to use
commissions to purchase credits, however as stated above, no
further commissions will be issued on that purchase.
23. Members who wish to drop to
a lower level of access may do so by notifying our staff prior
to their next payment due date, and the change will go into
effect as of the next billing date. Members are solely
responsible for canceling any automatic paypal or stormpay
subscription payments 2 business days
prior to the next payment date. Any member who
"forgets" to cancel the automatic payment will not be
refunded. Your account will simply remain active until the
expiry date. We cannot reach into your paypal or stormpay
accounts - it is your responsibility.
**This also includes credit
card payments. You MUST notify us of cancellation
at least two business days prior to your
next payment coming out in order for us to stop
your next charge. This is an automated system with 2Checkout -
please be sure to allow us time to take care of this for you.
24. Members must be up to date
in their monthly payments in order to receive residual income
commissions. If a member drops to a free level membership for
several months, then reverts back to a paid level membership,
we will not be responsible for "back paying" commissions at
the paid level income structure unless the member back pays
all past due paid level payments.
25. If a member drops access
from a paid level to a free level before commission checks
have been issued, the member waives all expanded level
commissions and will be paid at the free level accordingly
effective immediately for all commissions pending.
26. Since the product you are
purchasing is an online service, we will only
allow refunds for the first 3 days. We cannot take the
traffic sent to your site "back", nor can we take "back" the
multiple services and support we have provided. Any
credits and/or referral commissions in member's accounts will
be forfeited upon cancellation. You would not be able to
purchase advertising at a television station or another site,
and expect a refund - they would not provide it. You would
not work for free, and neither do we. The funds paid to us
by members enable us to pay support staff for this site. We
provide full support to your accounts, therefore,
ABSOLUTELY
NO refunds will be provided after 3 days of membership.
Refunds processed will NEVER exceed more than one calendar
month refund.
If you do not wish to abide by this, please join at a free
level only.
We hire programmers to complete the work on some portions according to your purchases. Be aware that delays sometimes occur and we have paid for the work to be done. When this happens, we cannot refund your money as it was paid to have the work completed. If the programming has taken far longer than it should, the maximum refund allowed will be the cost paid for the product.
We will not be liable for any interest or exchange rate variations. All payments are in US funds and if refunded, will be refunded to the amount paid only.
Abuse
of the Site,
Forums and Email/Support:
27. Members are expected to
conduct themselves in a civilized manner and to treat their
fellow members with respect. We reserve the right to revoke
membership if we feel that a member is not behaving themselves
in a proper fashion and member has been warned.
28. Any member found abusing
the service, abusing the staff by means of verbal or written
abuse, or speaking against the corporation will be immediately
terminated, and possibly held legally liable for defamatory
abuse. These will be forwarded directly to our legal staff
to decide upon. We absolutely take these things seriously and
will not tolerate it in any fashion.
29. DO NOT post any
pornographic, hate, racist, or other unethical websites on our
forums. Those who abuse this will be immediately banned and
any and all referrals/commissions forfeited.
30. Cheats by using robotic or
other methods will have their accounts terminated and any
credits, referrals or refunds will be forfeited.
31. All pages MUST be in
English for our review. This is not to be discriminatory, but
to protect the majority of users who do not understand other
languages. Unfortunately, most of those who submit sites other
than English are usually pornography and therefore are not
allowed.
32.
Your site MUST NOT force any
automatic downloads or attempt to install any type of spyware
on a person's computer. Your account will be immediately
deleted and NO REFUNDS or earnings will be given.
33.
You MUST NOT copy any posts from our member forum and post
them on other forums or sites without expressed written
permission from KeyboardCash.Com's staff. Posts are considered
private property of KeyboardCash.Com and the owner of the
post.
34.
Your use of the services, including any download from the
services and any loss of data or other damage to your computer
system is at your sole risk. You are responsible for
implementing sufficient procedures and checkpoints to satisfy
your particular requirements for accuracy of data input and
output, and for maintaining a means external to the Site for
the reconstruction of any lost data.
35. In connection with your use of the Site,
you agree you will not:
- Transmit or submit any message,
information, data, text, software or images, or other content
("Material") that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive,
harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, or
otherwise objectionable that may invade another's right of
privacy or publicity;
- Impersonate any person or entity, including
but not limited to, an KeyboardCash official, forum leader,
guide or host or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your
affiliation with a person or entity;
- Post or transmit any Material that you do
not have a right to reproduce, display or transmit under any
law or under contractual or fiduciary relationships (such as
nondisclosure agreements);
- Post or transmit any Material that contains
a virus or corrupted data;
- Delete any author attributions, legal
notices or proprietary designations or labels that you upload
to any communication feature;
- Use the Site's communication features in a
manner that adversely affects the availability of its
resources to other users (e.g., excessive shouting, use of all
caps, or flooding continuous posting of repetitive text);
- Post, abuse, or transmit any offensive
content, including but not limited to the verbal abuse toward
DIME Consultants Inc. or KeyboardCash Staff;
- Violate any applicable local, state,
national or international law;
- Spam members through our PM or email
systems
- Attempt to retrieve confidential
information or use any confidential member information for the
purpose of creating a "competitor" site that is not in joint
venture with KeyboardCash.Com.
- Upload or transmit any Material that
infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright or
other proprietary rights of any party;
- Delete or revise any Material posted by any
other person or entity; or
- Manipulate or otherwise display the Site by
using framing or similar navigational technology without the
expressed written consent of KeyboardCash.Com.

publicly display and publicly perform any materials and other
information (including, without limitation, ideas contained
therein for new or improved products and services) you submit
to any public areas of the Site (such as article submissions,
resource submissions, testimonials, bulletin boards, or
forums) or by e-mail to KeyboardCash.Com by all means and in
any media now known or hereafter developed.
38. You also grant to KeyboardCash.Com and
its owners the right to use your name in connection with the
submitted materials and other information as well as in
connection with all advertising, marketing and promotional
material related thereto. You agree that you shall have no
recourse against KeyboardCash.Com or its owners for any
alleged or actual infringement or misappropriation of any
proprietary right in your communications to KeyboardCash.Com.
